Want to join the new pilot project by RSA in West Kent? The Whole Person Recovery project delivers personalised recovery services to people experiencing substance misuse problems. The RSA is seeking an ambitious, entrepreneurial, dynamic Recovery Community Organiser to work in Maidstone. The job will focus on building community based support to help service users sustain their recovery and become socially and economically included in their community as valued local citizens.
All the information on how to apply can be found here
Whole Person Recovery is delivered in partnership with CRI and Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and will run for two years in the first instance. The project is based on Whole Person Recovery approach: a user-centred systems approach to problem drug use. The aims of the project are to:
- significantly improve recovery outcomes for people experiencing substance misuse problems in West Kent;
- test the RSA's Whole Person Recovery model in a robust way, at scale, as part of an integrated recovery system, and understand how it adds value;
- understand how services work in a 'payment by results' context.
