Our Partners

RE:generate is our lead training partner and will be designing the content of the training and delivering the CO training. Over the last 20 years Re:generate has created and developed Root Solution Listening Matters, an approach to community organising in the UK context that has been influenced by Saul Alinsky and Paulo Freire. Their work grows from the ground and takes its own form. They never impose a structure, but create a trellis that things can grow up.

Trafford Hall, the National Communities Recource Centre, is our main training venue and is also developing and hosting the programme's trainer network. 

Our Network Parners help us reach further and deeper in recruitment of hosts and organisers, as well as advising us more generally on the shaping of the programme.  This partnership includes:

We also work with a number of academic partners:

• Manchester Metropolitan University
• Goldsmiths
• Brighton University
• CASE at the LSE

Academic partners provide additional input in shaping the training programme as well as develop a range of 'Go Deeper' training options for those Community Organisers that would like to take an academic route.
